SHIPPING POLICY
How will I ship your artwork? Each piece will be carefully packaged and place in the proper box or envelope to help secure and protect the artwork.

What shipping service will be used? I will ship from our local USPS or UPS. This will vary on the size of the piece. MOST smaller art shipped USPS is mailed priority.

When will my artwork ship? Once your piece is completed I will need you to allow 7 to 10 days to ship. If purchased from a online market the same will apply.

RETURN POLICY
Can I return the purchased artwork? All sales of original artwork are final. If you wish to return a print, there will be a 20% amount of the print restocking fee applied. We would happily exchange the print still applying the restocking fee. We print to order.

How long do I have to return? We accept print returns and exchanges within 7 days of the receipt. You will need to contact us within the 7 days or we will be unable to return or exchange.

If I had an issue? We will ship your replacement artwork (print) or issue a refund only after receiving your return and communication via email.

My artwork arrived damaged or was lost or stolen or not delivered how will you help?
We are not liable for any kind of mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service USPS or UPS. We are not liable for damage post delivery. We do our best to package each piece with care in sturdy boxes. Please remember to be kind when reaching out. We do not have control over the handling of your package. It is as unsettling for us to hear about damaged artwork as it is for you receiving it.
